The ingredients can be made of two types: wet glutinous rice flour and dry glutinous rice powder, so we divided the recipe into two types per item. Take a good look at it and try. ^^


습Wet sticky rice powder is made by soaking sticky rice in water and then grinding it with a mill machine. It contains a lot of water, so it needs to be frozen.
*Dry sticky rice flour is ground completely dry like flour. It is stored at room temperature.

Wet sticky rice powder is thicker than dry sticky rice powder, so it has the advantage of being sticky and soft for a long time, but it is a little inconvenient because it is frozen. (When using wet sticky rice powder, it is recommended to store it in small portions under the weight that is often used.)

10g of alpha corn flour (or 8g of glutinous rice flour)

107g of milk.
Melted salt-free butter 7g.

*Corn filling*
80g of drained canned corn
5g of butter.

A little bit of parsley powder.


Bake in a preheated oven for 22 minutes. (Firm green tea is 25 minutes)
Small ovens such as escrow ovens bake at 180 degrees.
