साधा सोपा चॉकलेट केक करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
केक
• १/२ कप / ६० मिली दही
• १/२ कप / ५० मिली तेल
• १ कप / १५० ग्रॅम पिठीसाखर
• १/४ कप / ५० मिली दूध
• व्हॅनिला इसेन्सचे काही थेंब
• चिमूटभर मीठ
• १/२ चमचा खायचा सोडा
• १ १/२ कप / २५० ग्रॅम मैदा
• १/३ कप अनस्वीटन्ड कोको पावडर
• १ चमचा बेकिंग पावडर
• ५~६ पिकान्स
गनाश
• १/२ कप / १२५ मिली फ्रेश क्रीम

Today’s recipe is easy chocolate cream cake. This cake is my personal favorite. This one is eggless and we are making it in cooker. Besides, we will make ganache in a very easy and simple way!! Also we will use cooker cha daba to bake the cake!! We already have seen different cake recipes. But today we will be making cake using all that we can easily have in our pantry. It turns out nice, moist, soft and fluffy. You can easily demold it. It gets nice perforated texture and is light. This is a very easy and simple recipe. Ingredients:
Cake
• 1/2 cup / 60 ml Curd
• 1/2 cup 50 mlOil
• 1 cup /150 gmpowdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup / 50 ml Milk
• Few drops Vanilla essence
• A pinch of Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 1/2 cup 250 gm Maida
• 1/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 5~6 Pecans for garnishing
Ganache
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup/ 75 gm dark Chocolate compound
• 1 tbsp Butter

Method:
• Mix curd, oil, powdered sugar, milk vanilla essence and salt well together until the mixture turns
homogenous and add baking soda. Mix well.
• You can use 1/2 cup jaggery or jaggery powder in place of powdered sugar.
• Mix maida, unsweetened cocoa powder and baking powder well and strain it into wet mixture.
• Mix everything well together. Make sure you stir it in one direction only.
• Divide the batter into 2 equal portions.
• Line up a cooker cha daba with wax paper and pour 1/2 of the batter into one and another half
mixture into another.
• Spread the batter evenly and tap the daba well.
• Remove the whistle and rubber ring from the lid of the cooker and close the cooker.
• Preheat the cooker on high heat 5 minutes.
• Preheat a kadhai on high heat for 5 minutes.
• Place a stand at the base of the cooker and place the cake daba on it.
• Close the lid and bake the cake on low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
• Repeat the same process with kadhai.
• Check with toothpick.
• If it comes out clean, it means the cake is baked well.
• Take the cake out and let it cool down.
• Loosen the edge and flip the daba over into a dish.
• Cut off the top layer of one of the cakes.
• Beat the ganache well until it turns nice and fluffy and color changes.
• Spread the ganache on the base layer and place another cake on it.
• Spread all the leftover ganache on this cake and finish of with some pecans.
• You can decorate the cake as you want.
• Transfer the cake into freeze to set and chocolate cake is ready.
Ganache
• Heat up fresh cream and when the cream begins to boil, add dark chocolate compound and turn
the gas off.
• You can use malai that you have at home in place of fresh cream. Make sure to beat the malai well
before using.
• You can use any other chocolate in place of dark chocolate compound.
• Mix well until the chocolate melts and add butter.
• Mix everything well together and transfer the mixture into freeze to set for about 10 minutes.
