So here it is, 25 minutes Advanced Rebounding Tabata workout with weights. This is not for the faint hearted! Only joking, but for those who need an extra push then this is your workout. 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest but with the added input of weights and an active jog when you are supposedly resting, will keep the heart rate pumping.
