This 30 minute sound healing is a sacred transmission of sounds created to restore inner balance within your body and align your chakras into harmony. The sound bath will help promote inner healing emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically, and relief both your body and mind from stress, allow the body to feel deep presence. You get the chance to indulge in a lot of vibrations to soothe your whole being, inside and out. Sit or lay down as comfortable as you can, but make sure you have a nice long spine, so that the vibrations can travel through effortlessly in your whole body.
