Ingredients and Recipe:
Recipe 1:

- Warm water 25-30°C (77-86°F) 100 ml
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Yeast 7 g (2 teaspoons)
1. Whisk together
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
2. Stir again
3. Cover with a towel and let sit for 20–25 minutes.
- All-purpose flour 500 g
- 1.5 teaspoons salt.
4. Stir
- Warm water 350 ml
5. Add the liquid dough
6. Mix with a spatula; the dough should be liquid

- Olive oil 2 tablespoons.

4. The dough is ready.
- Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F) 400 ml
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- Wheat flour 700 g (add in portions)
5. Combine all ingredients with a spatula.

- Olive oil 2 tablespoons.

8. Cover with a towel and let sit for 55–60 minutes.
9. The dough has risen beautifully, and what a great aroma!
10. Dust the table with flour and spread the dough on it.

13. Shape it into an oval
14. Place in a 19x28 cm baking dish
15. Cover with a towel and let sit for 25–30 minutes.
16. Make cuts with a sharp knife or razor blade.
17. Pour 500 ml of hot water into a bowl
18. Place it on the bottom in a preheated oven
19. Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 20-25 minutes
20. Spray with water
21. Reduce the heat to 200°C (392°F) and bake for another 10–15 minutes.
22. Look at the bread that has turned out; very crispy and beautiful!
