I am in love with this circle art meditation - it is SO relaxing, mood-boosting, and mind-clearing. If you struggle with self-judgment or perfectionism, drawing these colorful circles freehand will help you let go and feel better! And ZERO artistic talent required. This process is beginner-friendly :)

- Kwik Stix (tempera paint sticks)
- Arrtx acrylic markers

- pencil
