This beginner workout was filmed at 130 bpm if you want to play your own favorite tunes. We'll take 2 planned water breaks to keep you super hydrated and healthy during the workout. Workout Description:
This step training workout is designed for beginning steppers. We'll begin with basics, Up-Up-Down-Down, then practice knee lifts facing forward. Next, we'll practice rotational moves by doing knee lifts corner to corner. Then back to basics, knee lifts facing forward, knee lifts traveling corner to corner, then kicks corner to corner. Finally, we'll get back to basics, knee lifts, then leg back. End with a short cool down and stretch.
