・Chicken thigh 250g
・Milk 250ml
・2 tbsp soft flour
・20g salted butter
・1/2 tbsp consommé granules
・1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
・Salt and pepper
・1 tablespoon salad oil
・100ml water

・70g Shimeji mushroom
・ 250g chicken thigh
・ 250ml milk
・ 2 tbsp cake flour
・ 20g salted butter

・ Salt and pepper
・ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
・ 100ml water
