I have tried many other recipes over the years and I can say these are the best keto buns I've ever tasted. My dad is diabetic and these did not produce a spike in insulin. In this video we also show you a full refrigeration test on how they hold up after a few days.

I made 4 rolls/buns 1 x 3 inch each but the size is your choice.
Nutritional Information for the full recipe:
Cal: 721 | Net Carbs: 0g | Fiber: 203g | Total Carbs: 172g | Fat: 36g | Protein: 57g
This is only a guide, please work out your own macros for accuracy.
Ingredients:
150g/ 1 ½ cups Oat Fiber
80g/ ½ cup + 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder/Meal
33g/ 3 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
17g/ 1 tsp + 1 tbsp Baking Powder
5g/ 1 tsp salt
30g/2 tbsp Sweetener
7g/ 2 tsp Instant Dried Yeast
274g/ 5 Eggs at room temp
380g/400ml/1 + ¼ cups lukewarm water
50g/ ¼ cup White Vinegar
5g/ 1 tsp Keto Approved Oil
