This time, I'll show you how to make Japanese-style onion hamburger steak. This is a delicious hamburger steak full of gravy and delicious flavor! It's plump and juicy, and very satisfying to eat. It's also recommended as a side dish or for bento! It's very delicious, so please try making it.

■Ingredients (4 pieces)
Hamburger steak
・250g ground meat
・1/2 onion
・2 tablespoons bread crumbs
・2 tablespoons milk
・1 egg
・1 tablespoon mayonnaise
・1 tablespoon potato starch
・Salt and pepper to taste
・Salad oil to taste

Sauce
・1/2 onion
・2 tablespoons soy sauce
・2 tablespoons mirin
・2 tablespoons sake
・1 teaspoon sugar
・1 teaspoon vinegar

■How to make it
1. Finely chop the onions for the meat and sauce.
2. Add milk to the breadcrumbs and leave to soften.
3. Add oil to a frying pan, add Step 1, and a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe), and stir fry.
4. When the onion has started to colour, add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe) and stir fry, until it is amber coloured, then remove from the pan and let cool.
5. Add salt and pepper to the ground meat and knead, then add the potato starch, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and egg, and knead again.
6. Add half of Step 4 and mix, then divide into 4 equal parts, remove the air and shape into shapes.
7. Add oil to a frying pan, make a depression in the centre of the hamburger steak, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
8. Once one side has browned, add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe), cover, and steam-fry over low heat for 3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
9. Wipe off some of the oil, add the remaining onion, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and vinegar, reduce and pour over the hamburger steak.
