Whole Wheat Bagels with Cream Cheese and Walnuts
(Ingredients) For 6 bagels
250g bread flour
50g whole wheat flour
20g sugar
5g salt
4g instant dry yeast
180g warm water
120g cream cheese
60g walnuts
Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead more than 30 times.
Roll out to 10x15cm and top with cream cheese and walnuts.
Roll the filling into a ring and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Boil the top and bottom in boiling water for 1 minute each.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C(428F) for 15 minutes.
