《Pumpkin & Shiitake Stewed Rice》
It's very simple but delicious!

Ingredients :
Rice 2cups, Pumpkin 300g, Shiitake Mushrooms 20g, Soaked Shiitake Water 2cups,
Ground Ginger 1tbsp, Cooking Oil 3tbsp,Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Salt 1tsp, White Pepper ½tsp
