🔔 Lotus root Jeon. (1T = rice spoon)
450g lotus root, 50g seaweed fulvescens, 1T vinegar, 3 eggs, 1/3T salt + 1/3T, Korean pancake mix, cooking oil.
✨ Lotus root Jeon. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Cut the lotus root.
2. Add 1T vinegar and lotus root to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Strain and rinse in cold water.
4. Sprinkle 1/3T salt on the lotus root.
5. Add 3 eggs and 1/3T salt and mix.
6. Cut the seaweed fulvescens and add. Mix.
7. Use 2~3T of Korean pancake mix to coat the lotus root with powder.
8. Coat the pan with cooking oil and preheat. 9. Lower the heat and dip the lotus root in egg.
10. Cook.
