It’s a very popular and famous dessert not only in Portugal, but also in Macau and east Asian countries.
By using frozen or chilled pie sheets, you can make them much easier!

【Ingredients-6x-】

Opening 0:00

1.Custarf 0:19
40ml water
80g sugar
1x cinnamon stick
1/2x lemon peels
10g cake flour
20ml milk
120ml milk
3x egg yolk

2.shape 3:05
1x puff pastry(20cm x 25cm)
※2㎜ thick

3. last step 5:28
Bake at 250 degrees about 20 minutes

for decoration
some powered sugar
some cinnamon powder
