By using frozen or chilled pie sheets, you can make them much easier!

1.Custarf 0:19
40ml water
80g sugar
1x cinnamon stick
1/2x lemon peels
10g cake flour
20ml milk
120ml milk
3x egg yolk
2.shape 3:05
1x puff pastry(20cm x 25cm)
※2㎜ thick
3. last step 5:28
Bake at 250 degrees about 20 minutes
for decoration
some powered sugar
some cinnamon powder
