An easy recipe that just requires mixing 🐥Mold-cut cookies and squeezed cookies can be made very delicious with just cookies 😇We recommend making brownies with store-bought biscuits on top as it's easier to make 🍓
🎀Mold-cut cookies
・25g unsalted butter (room temperature)
・Granulated sugar 20g
・13g beaten egg (room temperature)
・Food coloring
・50g soft flour
① Mix the butter well until smooth
② Add granulated sugar and mix well.
③ Add eggs in 3 parts and mix well each time.
④Add color with food coloring
⑤ Sieve the soft flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
⑥Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
⑦Stretch it with a cotton swab, cut out the mold, and bake it in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 11 minutes.
🐩Squeezed cookies
・Unsalted butter (room temperature) 40g
・25g powdered sugar
・13g beaten egg (room temperature)
・50g soft flour
・Black sesame
① Heat the butter in a 600W microwave for 10 seconds
② Mix the butter well until smooth
③ Add powdered sugar and mix well.
④Add eggs in 4 parts and mix well each time.
⑤ Sieve the soft flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
⑥Place in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe onto a baking sheet.
⑦ Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
⑧ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 11 minutes.
🍓Strawberry brownie (18cm x 18cm square type)
・White chocolate 80g
・Unsalted butter 50g
・2 eggs
・Sugar 40g
・Milk 15g
・3 tablespoons strawberry jam
・Food coloring
・90g soft flour
①Put white chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a double boiler.
② Add eggs one at a time and mix well with a whisk each time.
③Remove the water bath
④ Add sugar, milk, and strawberry jam and mix.
⑤Color with food coloring
⑥ Sieve the soft flour and mix.
⑦Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper and arrange the biscuits.
⑧ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 17 minutes.
