I made a heart-filled cookie tin with the image of Valentine's Day 💕 I'm introducing a lot of my favorite cookie recipes that are easy to make, such as basic cut-out cookies using 100 yen shop molds, snowball cookies, and meringue cookie recipes 🐰 It may be a little difficult to make all the types, but if you make one and wrap it, all of them are heart cookies that are perfect for Valentine's Day, so I would be happy if you could try making them 🐥

💘Plain cookies
・Unsalted butter (room temperature) 50g
・Granulated sugar 50g
・25g beaten egg (room temperature)
・100g soft flour
① Mix the butter well with a whisk until it becomes whipped.
② Add granulated sugar and mix until it becomes whitish.
③ Add eggs in 4 parts and mix well each time.
④ Sift in the soft flour and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
⑤Once it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
⑥ Sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 mm.
⑦ Cut out the molds and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
⑧ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 13 minutes.

💓Pink cookie
・Unsalted butter (room temperature) 50g
・Granulated sugar 50g
・Food coloring
・25g beaten egg (room temperature)
・100g soft flour
① Mix the butter well with a whisk until it becomes whipped.
② Add granulated sugar and mix until it becomes whitish.
③ Add food coloring and mix until uniform.
④Add eggs in 4 parts and mix well each time.
⑤Sift in the soft flour and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
⑥Once it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
⑦ Sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 mm.
⑧Cut out the molds and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
⑨ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 13 minutes.

🧸Cocoa cookies
・Unsalted butter (room temperature) 50g
・Granulated sugar 50g
・25g beaten egg (room temperature)
・100g soft flour
・Cocoa powder 10g
① Mix the butter well with a whisk until it becomes whipped.
② Add granulated sugar and mix until it becomes whitish.
③ Add eggs in 4 parts and mix well each time.
④ Sift in the flour and cocoa and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
⑤Once it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
⑥ Sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 mm.
⑦ Cut out the molds and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
⑧ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 13 minutes.

🍎Jam for jam sandwich cookies
・3 tablespoons jam
・3 tablespoons of water
①Put jam and water in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
② Boil until a rubber spatula mark remains for a while.
③ Transfer to a container and let cool.

🍓Strawberry snowball cookies
・Unsalted butter (room temperature) 50g
・25g powdered sugar
・Strawberry powder 3g
・10g beaten egg (room temperature)
・100g soft flour
・Powdered sugar (for finishing)
① Knead the butter with a rubber spatula until smooth.
② Add powdered sugar and mix well.
③ Add strawberry powder and mix
④ Add eggs in 3 parts and mix well each time.
⑤Sift in the soft flour and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
⑥When it becomes like powdered cheese, knead it by hand (stop kneading when the surface becomes powdery)
⑦Wrap in plastic wrap, form into a stick, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
⑧ Divide into 16 equal parts and shape each piece.
⑨ Arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 160℃ for 15 minutes.
⑩ Once it has cooled down, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

☁️Meringue cookies
・1 egg white (cold)
・Granulated sugar 30g
・Corn starch (potato starch is also fine) 10g
・Food coloring
① Mix granulated sugar, cornstarch, and food coloring.
②Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer.
③Add ① in 3 parts.
④ Whisk until it doesn't come out even if you turn the bowl over.
⑤ Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
⑥ Bake in an oven preheated to 90℃ for 60 minutes.
⑦Once baked, immediately put it in an airtight container with a desiccant.
