🧁Microwave muffins (5.5cm diameter/6 pieces)
・1 egg
・Sugar 30g
・Cocoa powder 10g
・Milk 85g
・30g salad oil
・Pancake mix 150g
① Mix sugar and cocoa together.
② Add eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and salad oil to a bowl and mix.
③ Add pancake mix and mix
④Pour the dough up to half the height of the mold.
⑤Place each on a plate and heat in a 500W microwave for about 1 minute.
🍫ganache cream
・Milk chocolate 50g
・Fresh cream 25g
①Put the chocolate and fresh cream in a heat-resistant bowl.
②Heat for 20-30 seconds in a 600W microwave
③ Mix well to melt the chocolate (if it doesn't melt, heat it for 10 seconds more)
④ Cool in ice water until it is hard enough to squeeze.

・Ghana pink chocolate 45g
・Fresh cream 20g
①Put the chocolate and fresh cream in a heat-resistant bowl.
②Heat for 20-30 seconds in a 600W microwave
③ Mix well to melt the chocolate (if it doesn't melt, heat it for 10 seconds more)
④ Cool in ice water until it is hard enough to squeeze.
🧸Cocoa Madeleine (DAISO heart madeleine type/about 9 pieces)
・Honey 5g
・1 egg
・Sugar 35g
・Cocoa 8g
・Salad oil 50g
・Milk 110g
・Pancake mix 150g
・9 biscuits (Tabekko Animal)
① Mix cocoa and sugar together.
②Add honey, eggs, sugar, and cocoa to a bowl and mix.
③Add salad oil and milk and mix.
④ Add pancake mix and mix
⑤Pour into the madeleine mold.
⑥Place the biscuits on top
⑦ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 15 minutes.
⑧Decorate with chocolate pens or chocolate as you like
🐻Bear Reuben Cookies (6 pieces)
・1 egg
・Sugar 30g
・Cocoa 5g
・Salad oil 40g
・Pancake mix 150g
・Chocolate pen (for decoration)
・Chocolate (for decoration)
① Add eggs, cocoa, sugar, and salad oil to a bowl and mix.
② Add pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula until uniform.
③ Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, shape into a bear shape and place on a baking sheet.
④ Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 15 minutes.
(When it starts to brown, cover it with aluminum foil halfway through baking.)
