Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
2 cups pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
For the White Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1½ cups milk (warm)
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
2 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and a teaspoon of oil.
Add pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain and set aside.
2. Make the White Sauce:
In a pan, melt butter on low heat.
Add flour and whisk continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 1–2 minutes until it turns light golden.
Gradually add warm milk while whisking. Keep stirring to ensure a smooth sauce.
Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and herbs. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Add cheese for extra creaminess, if desired.
3. Combine:
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed to the white sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta evenly.
4. Serve:
Garnish with grated cheese or fresh parsley. Serve hot!
