Butterless Quiche Recipe
○Ingredients (18cm tart tin)
・Tart dough
150g cake flour
2g salt
55g milk
55g olive oil

Appareil
1/4 onion : thinly sliced
A pinch of salt
1/2 broccoli : cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 bag of shimeji mushrooms : break into pieces
Olive oil
6-8 oysters: wash and pat dry
A dash of white wine
2 eggs
130g milk
1/2 tablespoon white miso paste
A dash of black pepper
50g cheese

How to make
1. mix milk and olive oil in a cup.
2. Put flour and salt in a bowl, mix, add 1, and mix to combine.
3. Place the dough on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and roll out slightly larger than the tin, then peel off the plastic wrap.
4. Place the inverted tin in the center of the dough, turn the entire baking sheet over, and remove the baking sheet.
5. Spread the dough into the tin, trim off the excess dough, and gently press the dough into each of the corrugated edges.
6. Poke holes all over the bottom with a fork.
7. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
8. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, onion, a pinch of salt and fry over low heat.
9. Add the broccoli and shimeji mushrooms, sauté lightly, add the oysters and white wine, cover and steam.
10. When the oysters are cooked, remove the lid, let the water evaporate, and turn off the heat.
11. Put eggs and cheese in a bowl and mix.
12. Put the fried ingredients (10) into the tart and pour the egg mixture (11).
13. Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 20-25 minutes (until browned).

Smooth pudding recipe (using a warming pot)
Ingredients (about 4 cups)
250g milk
50g (10g + 40g) sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla extract
Maple syrup

How to make
1. Put milk and 10g sugar in a cup and heat in a microwave until just before boiling.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add 40g of sugar and vanilla extract, and stir to combine.
2. Stir and gradually add the milk base (1).
3. Pour the mixture into a cup while straining, and cover the cup with aluminum foil.
4. Boil water in the inner pot of the warmer and put the pudding cups in the pot (the water should reach the same level as the pudding liquid).
5. Cover the pot and heat over low heat for 30 seconds.
6. Put the pudding into a warming pot and leave it for 30 minutes.
7. Remove the pudding from the heat and refrigerate.
8. Pour maple syrup over the pudding just before serving.
