The following are the ingredients for the keto German egg tart:
skin:
Almond flour 90g
coconut flour 10g
butter 30g
1 egg
Erythritol 30g
Egg liquid:
2 egg yolks
Erythritol 20g
whipping cream 200g
Keto stewed milk:
150g whipped cream
50 grams of milk (the same amount can be replaced with whipped cream)
Erythritol 15g
2 egg whites
~The tart crust is ready and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Add the egg tart liquid and oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes
~Strict Keto stewed milk:
200g whipped cream, 2 egg whites, 15g erythritol
Steam on high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, take out after two minutes of stuffiness
