Salt 10 gr
Icing sugar 25 gr
Cold melted butter 100 gr
Water 245 gr
Butter for kneading 300 gr
Determination rest 30 minutes + butter rest 15 minutes
+
2 single turns rest 30 minutes
+
2 single turns rest 1h30
+
1 single turn + 2 squares rest 30 minutes
+
cut out 2 circles and assemble the cake rest 30 minutes
+
Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 C°.

Butter 140 gr
Sugar 140 gr
Eggs 112 gr
Almond powder 140 gr
