Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)
1 chicken thigh
5cm long green onion
1/2 tomato
1/2 cucumber
A pinch of pak choi
1 piece ginger
black pepper
soy sauce
sake
oyster sauce
lemon juice
chili pepper
Sweet chili sauce
Tabasco

1. Rub the chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, and 1 piece of ginger, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Put the rice in a rice cooker and add enough water to cover. Put the chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle with black pepper.
When the rice is done cooking, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the rice. The sauce and toppings are optional.

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic tube
Nam pla sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon chili powder
Sweet chili sauce
You can find it at the supermarket, so it's faster to buy it.
Add Tabasco if you like.
