Conch fritters are a very popular snack in Belize and my personal favorite snack. I love love conch fritters or anything that has to do with conch. If I could eat this every day I would.

👩🏻🍳 BELIZEAN CONCH FRITTERS
½ lb conch meat, cut into small cubes
¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
¼ cup onion, diced
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
3-4 culantro leaves, finely chopped
½ of a habanero pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon Morton season all seasoned salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 packet Goya con culantro y achiote
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup water
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes turning once halfway through.
