Ingredients : for 15 wrappers(22cmΦ)
-300g bread flour
-180g boiling water
-tbsp oil(whatever vegetable oil you like)
-tsp salt
-oil(for brushing)(as needed)
-bread flour(for dusting)(as needed)

材料:15枚分(直径22cm)
-300g 強力粉
-180g 熱湯
-大匙1 油(好みの植物油)
-小匙1 塩
-適量 油(塗り用)
-適量 強力粉(打ち粉用)
