In today's video i go over how i have found success with threshold training and improved my PB's across the board. 45mins at threshold is my go to session to run faster at the moment. Other favourites are 3x10mins, 5x8mins and 2x 20mins all with 60/90s recoveries. Add these to your training to get smashing those PB's!
