材料: 1-2隻 豬手

滷汁材料:
2 顆 八角
2片 月桂葉
1條 肉桂
1個 小洋蔥
3塊 大薑
1/3杯 生抽
1/3杯 紹興酒
40克 冰糖
2杯 水

烹調方法:
電子壓力鍋高火煮45分鐘 或
用炆鍋在爐子上以中小火煮1.5至2小時

Ingredients: 1-2 pork knuckles

Marinate sauce Ingredients:
2 pc Star anise
2 pcs Bay leaves
1 Cinnamon stick
1 small onion
3 large pcs ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Shaoxing wine
40g Rock sugar
2 cups Water

Cooking method:
Electric pressure cooker high heat for 45mins or
Pot on stove at medium low heat cook for 1.5 to 2 hrs
