這款健康版的香蕉麵包含有以下健康成分

麵糊材料:
2.5 杯 麵粉
1/2 杯糖
1茶匙 鹽
2茶匙 小蘇打
3-4根 熟香蕉
3個 雞蛋
3/4 杯油
1/3 杯水

麵糊選修口味:
1/2 - 1茶匙 香草精
1茶匙 肉桂粉

餡料選修:
1/4杯 核桃碎
1/4杯 巧克力碎
1/4杯 葡萄乾

烘烤: 350F/180C
標準麵包盤 (9.5 x 5吋): 55-60分鐘
8杯 迷你麵包盤: 25-30分鐘
12杯 杯子蛋糕盤: 25-30分鐘

Batter Ingredients:
2.5 cups Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp salt
2tsp baking soda
3-4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/3 cup water

Batter Optional flavour:
1/2 -1 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp cinnamon powder

Optional fillings:
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped chocolate
1/4 cup raisin

Bake at 350F/180C
55-60 mins for Standard loaf pan (9.5 x 5 Inch)
25-30 mins for 8 cups mini loaf pan
25-30 mins for 12 cups muffin pan
