New big Snickers cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty! 😋
Ingredients and preparation:
Sponge cake:
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
80g sugar.
30 ml vegetable oil.
50 ml milk.
80g flour.
20g cocoa powder.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Baking tin 20 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Caramel:
220g sugar.
100g butter.
160 g cream (30-36%).
150 g roasted, salted peanuts. (If using unsalted peanuts, add 1/2 teaspoon salt to the caramel).
Cream:
400 g cream cheese.
30g powdered sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
150 ml cream (33-36%).
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours (I leave it overnight).
Glaze:
150g milk chocolate.
30 ml vegetable oil.
50 g roasted peanuts (chopped).
