We present to you the simple recipes of Kiyomi Mikuni, the owner and chef of the Mikuni hotel, a French cuisine restaurant in the Yotsuya district of Tokyo.

[Ingredients] 4 servings
1 bag frozen green peas (250g)
1 new onion

GABAN Bouquet Garni 1 piece

Salt and pepper

Unsalted butter 20g

A few green beans snack
A pinch of curry powder

[Preparation]
・ Slice the onion into thin slices.
・ Sprinkle curry powder on the green beans snack.

【Procedure】
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onions and fry.
2. Add green peas and water, then boil. Take out the bouquet garni.
