Today, I would like to make Scandinavian-style cinnamon rolls.
The dough takes on the characteristics of Scandinavian cuisine from the rich flavors we are using.
This bread is fluffy and elastic and light texture that you can easy to bite.
The rolls became fluffy and delicious.
Cocoa powder and matcha powder would work just as well as cinnamon so feel free to make alternations.
