<Ingredients>1 loaf of bread(184×95×90)
・Tangzhong
20g Bread flour
100g Hot water (50℃~60℃)
・Bread dough
230g bread flour
12g skim milk.
10g sugar (or sugar of your choice)
3g salt
2,5g yeast
110g water
20g soft unsalted butter
20g condensed milk
Cold start without preheating
190°C to 200°C 25 min.
