1/2 Cup Light Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Chicken Flavored Seasoning Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
SHRIMP:
100g Shrimp (approx. 12 pieces)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons Cold Water
CHEUNG FUN:
120g (1 cup) Rice Flour
10g (1 Tablespoon) Tapioca Starch
10g (1 Tablespoon) Wheat Starch
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
500ml (2 cups) Room Temperature Water
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
