Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Spaghetti
2. Minced pork 50% fat and lean ~500g
3. Fresh mushroom 3-4pcs cut small cube
4. Garlic x2 smashed
5. Spring onion few stalks, smashed
6. Ginger few slices
7. Cucumber cut julienne
8. Bean paste 2tbsp
Seasoning
1. Sweet bean paste 2tbsp
2. Sugar 2tbsp
3. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
4. Pepper little
5. MSG little
6. Dark soya sauce little
7. Water 1.5bowl
Method
1. Add oil to wok, followed by garlic, spring onion and ginger slice. Turn on heat and fry till golden brown. Discard all the ingredients and use the fragrant oil to cook the pork. Cook till oil extracted. Then add in mushrooms and continue to cook.
2. Add bean paste and sugar and mix well. Then add MSG and water and bring to boil. Add light soya sauce and mix. Cover then simmer for 15min. Add dark soya sauce and mix well . Then add pepper and mix.
