🔔 Chickpea Jeon. (1T=rice spoon)
Chickpea 300g, bean sprout 200g, green onion 1 (35g), shiitake mushroom 30g, kimchi 250g, water 500ml, soy sauce 1T, sesame oil 1T, salt 1/2T (3g), potato starch 5T (120g), cooking oil.
+ Wash kimchi and prepare seasoning.

1. Wash chickpea the night before, soak in plenty of water overnight.
2. Put 200g of washed bean sprout and 100ml of water in a pan, close the lid, and cook over high heat.
+ When steam rises, cook for 2 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and drain. 4. Chop the hosta vegetables, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and kimchi.
5. Add soaked chickpeas and 500ml of water to the blender and grind coarsely.
6. Add the seasoning ingredients, 1T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1/2T (3g) salt, kimchi, hosta vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and 5T (120g) potato starch and mix.
7. Pour cooking oil into the pan and preheat.
8. Add the dough. Cook over medium heat.
