• चिंच १ वाटी | Tamrind 1 Cup
• खजूर १ वाटी | Dates 1 Cup
• पाणी ३ वाटी | Water 3 Cups
चटणी साठी | For Chutney
• पाणी दीडवाटी | Water 1.5 Cup
• बारीक चिरलेला गूळ२ वाटी | Chopped Jaggery
• मीठ चवीनुसार | Salt to Taste
