<Ingredients>1 loaf of bread 184×95×90
250g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
15g sugar
4g salt
2.5g yeast
35g lukewarm water (About 40°C)
120g milk (about 30°C)
33g beaten egg
15g condensed milk
20g mayonnaise
20g unsalted butter
beaten egg to taste
Baking
Baked in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
