This pot-au-feu is easy! Just cut into large pieces and simmer.
It's easier to make than any soup.

Pot-au-feu
Cabbage (large) ・ ・ ・ 1/4 piece
Carrot (Large) ・ ・ ・ 1 (2 for medium)
Potato (Baron) ... 2 medium
Tomato ... 3 pieces
Sausage ・ ・ ・ Appropriate amount

Consomme ... 2-3 teaspoons
White wine ... 2 tbsp
Olive oil ... 1 tbsp

* When eating, salt, black pepper, EXV olive oil, and cheese are your choice.

① Put cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes and sausages cut into large pieces in a pan.
In addition, add crushed garlic, bay leaf, and water.

② Bring to a boil over high heat. Add consomme, white wine and olive oil.
Cover (leave it slightly off) and simmer for about 40 minutes on a simmering heat.

③ Serve on a plate and season with salt, black pepper, cheese, olive oil, etc. to finish.
* Shake the salt not for the soup but for the ingredients (potatoes, etc.).
