Ingredients Yield for 8 pcs (60g)
195g Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 Tablespoon Bakery Milk powder (optional)
270g Bread flour
13g Unsalted butter
40g Unsalted butter (5g for 8 pcs)
Sea salt
Pre-heat the oven for 225'c for 20-25 mins
Bake at 215'c for 3 mins
Reduce to 195'c and bake for 10-12 mins
Baking time can be adjust by
different of oven and size of bread
