▼ Matcha and red bean bread 6pieces
200g Bread flour
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
20 g sugar
3g Salt
10g Unsalted butter 1
140-150 ml Likewar Milk
3g Matcha
Grain bean paste (with your favorite bean paste) 180g (30g x 6 pieces)
▼ Process
・ Divide the kneaded dough into two equal parts and knead the matcha in half.
・ Ferment until it is about twice as large (about 1 hour at 30 ℃/86℉)
・ Divide and let the dough rest for a while (about 15 minutes)
・ Put the dough on top of each other, wrap the bean paste, stretch it to about 25 cm, make 3 cuts, and twist it.
・ Further ferment at 35 ℃ / 95℉ for 40-50 minutes.
・ Sprinkle flour and bake at 180 ℃ / 356℉ for 12-14 minutes.
