・220g bread flour
・20g cake flour
・10g buttermilk powder (Even skim milk is okay)
・20g sugar
・4g salt
・1.5g instant dried yeast
・80g milk
・60g water
・25g egg(The rest is for egg wash)
・15g unsalted butter

①Mixing
②Left at room temperature for approx. 1 hour
③Place in refrigerator overnight
~Next day~
①Bring dough to room temperature and prepare ingredients
②Release gas and divide dough into 6 portions
③Let sit for 15 minutes
④Shaping
⑤Fermentation(35℃・35min)
⑥Preheat(220℃)
⑦Coating with egg wash
⑧Baking(190℃・14min)
⑨Finish by topping with parsley(As you like)
