1 bowl of warm rice (210g)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
200g salmon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1. Do not add sushi vinegar all at once, but add little by little while tasting it.
2. You can add ingredients other than salmon.
3. Rice is delicious only when a small amount is put together
