[Lobstertail with bisque sauce]



1. Stock Lobster Life and Boil Lobster

- Lobstertail Life Stock Material
100g of ramie clams (7p), 10g of basil, 1ts of minced garlic, 30ml of white wine (two tablespoons), 3 to 4 cups of pepperoncino, 200ml of water, 1 bay leaf (optional)

냄비에 Grease a pot with olive oil and stir-fry minced garlic and peperoncino, then add basil and stir-fry.

2. Create a bisque sauce

Complete the dish by plating in the order of sauce – onion – lobster – child leaf sprouts.

It actually looks complicated, but it's not that complicated if you do it yourself.
I have a lot of ingredients, but I don't have to use the ingredients I used.
For example, use clams instead of clams, mash whole garlic instead of minced garlic, or substitute ingredients for the situation. :)
