PORK LOIN ROLL RECIPE
Ingredients:
3 kg pork loin, clean and without membrane
5 tbsp Mustard
2 tbsp Garlic paste
Ground pepper to taste
Ground rosemary to taste or ground dried oregano
Grilling salt
Spinach leaves as needed
300 gr Sliced ham
500 gr Fresh cheese
300 gr Sliced mozzarella cheese
1 Red bell pepper (brown and cut into strips)
150 gr Seedless olives
500 gr Smoked bacon
5 tbsp Honey
Aluminum foil
Lard or oil as needed
Ingredients for the sauce or Gravy:
Juice released by the roll (during baking).
2 tbsp Butter.
2 tbsp Flour
Salt and pepper to taste.
Christmas Rice
