Kamukura Oishii Ramen(for 1 serving)
150g (5 oz) Chinese cabbage
1 piece Cha Siu
30 g (2 oz) pork belly
1 portion ramen noodles
Soup(for 1 serving)
2 tsp Dashida
2 tbsp store-bought Sukiyaki sauce
1/2 piece beef tallow
1/2 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
450 ml (15 oz) water
Karami Nira
1 bunch Chinese chives
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tsp soy sauce
