This is a smooth and rich chocolate tart with a sugar-free chocolate filling. This recipe uses both milk and dark chocolate, but you can also make it using either milk chocolate or dark chocolate alone. For kids, using only milk chocolate is recommended.

[INGREDIENTS] for an 18 cm removable-bottom tart pan

{Tart Crust}
* 65g unsalted butter, room temperature
* 50g powdered sugar
* 30g beaten egg, room temperature
* 120g cake flour or all-purpose flour
* 3-4 drops of vanilla oil, optional
* a small amount of egg wash for brushing the crust

{Chocolate Filling}
* 100g dark chocolate couverture
* 85g milk chocolate couverture
* 220g heavy cream
* 90g beaten egg, room temperature
* 10g rum, optional
* Cocoa powder and powdered sugar, for dusting
* Whipped heavy cream, for serving
